1. Help fit and write down students
numbers(uniform) at the start of school.
1. Be available before and after all concerts when uniforms
are used.
2. Day after a concert you must check all uniforms for parts. Inform director of any missing.
3. Help take and return the uniforms to the cleaners at the end of year.

SET-UP CREW
1. Be available
before and after every concert.
2. 1 member is to map each band and the other members of the
crew to set up each band and return items to their place in the band room.

1. Be available to get and use and return
video camera for all band events
(including batteries and extension chords).
2. This will require a short learning sessions for the librarian and the director.

and PBS about band events. This must usually be done
two weeks before we want
it to be published.
